Invoicing
Every membership and meeting fee needed a proper invoice, for the members and for the accounts.
What It Does
Invoices could be raised directly from a member record, an online application or a payment, using head office's own invoice wording, and emailed to the member as a PDF. A head office check found any invoice whose PDF was missing, so it could be recreated before a member asked for it.
The Result
Invoicing became part of the normal flow of joining and paying, rather than a separate monthly chore.
