BoB Clubs was run by people at several levels, each needing different tools.
What It Does
Head office, its ten regional directors, area coordinators and meetings coordinators each had their own area of the website, with a task screen showing what needed their attention. Head office could add clubs, assign area coordinators and manage categories and templates for everyone.
The Result
Everyone saw exactly what they needed to do, and the organisation could grow without head office doing all the work.
