The Business Problem

The site had grown page by page, and it looked it. Pages used different layouts, grey boxes and inline styles, so the experience changed from one page to the next. The home page didn't lead visitors to a club, booking a visit wasn't the obvious next step, and clubs that meet online used the same booking page as in-person clubs, complete with venue and catering details. Member profiles were plain, phone numbers couldn't be tapped on a mobile, and booking forms sometimes failed without saying why.

The Solution

wildesoft.net redesigned the public site in one consistent, professional style. The new home page opens with the club finder, then sets out the benefits of membership step by step. Club, join, meetings, contact, blog and content pages now share the same card layout, with one Visit, Join or Ask a question box wherever it's needed. The meetings page lists every meeting by week with a clear Book button.

Clubs that meet on Zoom get their own visitor page, with Virtual and FREE tags and the Zoom details sent by email. Booking and enquiry forms now explain any problem instead of clearing what the visitor typed. Member profiles and company pages were redesigned with a banner, a new Services you offer section and recommendations shown as photo cards. Phone numbers are tap-to-call, UK mobiles open WhatsApp, and social links include TikTok. Releases are safer too: a deploy stops if the version hasn't changed, and the site warms itself up so the first visitor never waits.
