Each LM3 study is a project: a contract, a site or a year of spending, with its own suppliers, map and results. Organisations often run several at once, and each one moves through stages from setting up to gathering results.
The Business Problem
Users had to move between separate screens to see where a project stood and what to do next. A new user could open the Hub and not know where to start, and there was no single place showing a project's progress, its supplier responses and its emails together.
The Solution
wildesoft.net replaced the old project summary with a project dashboard. It shows the project's stage, from setup to gathering results, with clear actions for the next step and suggestions for improving the result. Ring charts show how much each group of suppliers contributes and how confident the result is, alongside the supplier map and email statistics.
Projects can be tagged and filtered by region or division, with live counts. The cost figures can be adjusted interactively, with a status alert when they do not add up. New users who have no projects are taken straight to a guided start screen, and the Hub remembers which results tab each user looked at last.
The Result
Every project now has one home that shows where it stands and what to do next. New users get started without help, and experienced users can see the health of all their projects at a glance.
