Order processing case studies

An order touches more of a business than anything else: stock, production, delivery, invoicing and the customer record. These case studies show order processing built around the way each business actually works, so an order is entered once and everything that follows is driven from it.

They include an ordering system for a West Midlands ice cream wholesaler that turns phone and email orders into invoices, delivery notes, pick lists and van loads; QR codes that track steel jobs through a works in Smethwick; every future year's order created automatically for multi-year agreements in webCRM; and collated school orders and partner order feeds for a white-label clothing business.

If your orders are typed into more than one system, talk to us or see the systems we build.
